Join us in the warmth of our dark studio for an evening of deep rest & profound relaxation with senior teacher Sophia Pallaro. The practice combines supported Restorative yoga postures, breathwork and Yoga Nidra meditation in this Winter season where we need it most.
Restorative yoga makes use of props for supportive, restful poses, providing the opportunity to receive the deep relaxation within each pose. These calming poses help balance the nervous system allowing you to let go and feel truly nourished. Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation and conscious sleep. You’ll rest comfortably in a supported pose while being gently guided through a series of soothing instructions.
This is a practice of rest and self-care that will help to support you during times of stress, fatigue or if you’re just plain overworked and it is the perfect antidote to a busy, stressful lifestyle.
